FOUNDER STORY

Meet Walker I fell in love with pest control almost immediately after getting into the industry. What I enjoyed most wasn’t just solving pest problems. It was meeting people, getting to know customers, and building relationships through the work. I was fortunate to learn the industry from a mentor who taught me much of what I know today. Over more than 10 years in pest control, I also saw something I wanted to do differently. Too many companies rely on aggressive sales tactics, fear, unnecessary upsells, and contracts to win customers. That never sat right with me. My wife had encouraged me for years to start my own company. After finding out we were expecting our son, we decided it was finally time. In June 2026, Nixem Pest Control became a reality. I had actually been holding onto the Nixem name for years. Today, my mission is simple: build a pest-control company our community can trust and bring honesty and service back to the industry.
